Kanazawa, Japan - November 2016

Kanazawa - November 2016

In November of 2016, during my 4th visit to Japan, I ventured out to Kanazawa, on the West coast of Japan. I went there to visit Kenroku-en, one of the great gardens of Japan, the other two being Koraku-en in Okayama and Kairaku-en in Mito.

The garden was in full autumn bloom, with the leaves of the trees exploding with colour while the it was also being prepared for the winter season.

Before, and after visiting the garden, I wandered around the streets of the city and some of the tourist areas just hanging out, observing, and looking for photo opportunities.

All images shot on a Fujifilm X100T.
