Tokyo & Lake Kawaguchi, Japan, November 2022
This was my first trip back to Japan after Covid and it felt so good after all the travel restrictions that had been imposed during the pandemic.
During this visit the only still being imposed was that of still having to wear a face mask inside shops, railway stations, public transport, etc.
I stayed in the Nihombashi area, close to Tokyo station and mainly wandered around the city on foot while also visiting a few gardens. I also did a day trip to Lake Kawaguchi, hired a bicycle and rode around the lake as it was a beautiful autumn day.
